I downloaded from the original link at work and had a quick look before I had to go out and everything appeared ok. Anyway I've have altered the link in Jims original post to the new one. Thanks to everyone who has contributed to this from the small sections I played earlier it seems very good. Special thank you to Jim for all his hard work in putting this together and to his daughter for the great artwork.

Cooool!!!! I'll enjoy this! I'll hold my head during mine though! Bahahaha! Yours is fantastic! In terms of embarassment, I'm much worse: I sing (or bark, to use a more accurate term) in one song that happens to be right after one bHabs sings. It's like listening to Freddy Mercury followed by a drunkard with dysphonia. lol

It fits the songs really good on "Por Suerte"! Jim

I agree that JLN's "Kittycat Blues" is fantastic. Made it less awkward for me to throw in "Candid Assertion Blues". Jim

Jim Yeah, I don't care really (if I did I wouldn't have sent it to make part of the CD). It is as it is. That's what this CD is all about, making music with the limitations in both capabilities and equipment that we have. What I want is the English translation of "Por Suerte", whaddya say Helmut, can you provide us with an English translation? Maybe I should have asked for that before I agreed to put it on the CD. Just messin'. Jim lol Nah, I'm not really sure I can provide you with the translation. smiley-music025 Let's just say it's a song that condemns the capital sin of lechery, so there's quite an educative and virtue-exaltative side to it. Seriously. That's true.

I gotta hand it to bHabs, his two songs are wonderful! I hear a little nod to ELO at one or two parts of "My Spring Rose".
You're really good at your craft, bHabs, appreciated your great vocals and contributions on "Raining in the Farm" as well.
Jim

Across the Sea is my favorite of bHabs. Vocal is effortless, love guitar work. Making my way through the list.

Yeah, "Across the sea" is definitely a favourite. Great song, and great recording too. Sounds like studio quality. Jim, if you want bHabs to find out about your comment when he enters the forum possibly in 2 or 3 months, the most effective way would be writing his nickname in lower case letters preceded by a @. Like this: bhabs. That way he receives a notification about someone mentioning him on this thread.

Helmut- Loosenin' Up - would make a fantastic sneaky end of CD song. Like Jeff's Eldorado and The White Album.
