just paid for my streaming ticket, I've still got no idea in what order the bands will take the stage but I like them all, so I'll settle in for a long night

I’m hearing that Jeff & his band will take the stage at around 8:45 San Diego time, so 11:45 PM east coast, 4:45 AM Shard End time.
Just in case you’re thinking of streaming the show

Greetings from Amsterdam. Any impressions on the JLELO set? I saw the set list online.

There are a few videos already up on YouTube ... mainly same core band who played with him for the last 10 years, different string section by the looks

I just made it home to LA from San Diego. A little bit from the event...
My tickets were in section 102 of the venue (center, and fairly close to stage). The vast majority of people in attendance were there to see Jeff & Co and no one else. The concert was structured so each of the approximately five groups got 45-60 minutes each, culminating in Joe Walsh and Stephen Stills as the closer (JLELO was 2nd to last).
A part of me felt bad because mass numbers of people were clearing out of the venue after JLELO was done, in the middle of Joe Walsh's setlist. But on the other hand I don't blame them because - and maybe I'm biased - but JLELO blew everyone else away.
It was the usual string of tunes that we are all used to in this iteration (Evil Woman, Do Ya, Rockaria, Livin Thing, All Over the World, Telephone Line, Turn to Stone, Don't Bring Me Down, Mr. Blue Sky, Roll Over Beethoven). Aside from Jeff forgetting a line or two of lyrics in Evil Woman and maybe one other song (plus a couple of rusty guitar riffs in Beethoven), they were far and away the best. Jeff sounded great and the band - as usual - did not miss a beat, even with a completely replaced string section as someone pointed out.
Fans traveled from everywhere for this. I encountered ELO fans who flew in from Tennessee, Oregon, New York, and even some from Australia. Overall, great bunch of people and fantastic evening - even if the ELO part was a bit short.
Also, it's hilarious that the JLELO band is aging around Jeff... but Jeff still seems to remains conspicuously immortal.

This isn't the first time that Jeff has fluffed his lines with this song!

It was a chilly evening and Jeff wore a big black puffer coat. He was rusty after a 4 year layoff, but he seemed to warm up (literally & musically) as the set progressed.
He had the set list on the floor at his feet and at one point he looked down and joked: “oh here’s one I know” before blasting into Turn to Stone.
Did he enjoy it enough to consider a tour? If so, I’m guessing the rider will include a requirement for temperature controlled venue at 74 degrees.

Jeff and the band sound great on Livin' Thing. The violin player steals the show!
