"Beat the Clock" and "Amateur Hour" have been Sparks favorites of mine so far as well.
Too bad you never got to see them the other year lasttrain929 I hear they're touring in the UK and Europe these next few weeks, and am really hoping they'll come back to the US after that, I hear they put on a great show and are full of energy despite their age! Something For The Girl With Everything is also another good un. Sparks do something on stage these days where Ron Mael gets up and does his own 'special' dance (you have to see it to believe it)

Oooh, would love to see Ron doing his special dance  For those with Netflix, the Sparks Brothers film has just begun streaming there, luckily Mr Musette can get Netflix so I'm planning to enjoy that v. soon - it's meant to be brilliant. Oh, and here's my vote for The No. 1 Song in Heaven, love it! And This Town Ain't Big Enough for Both of Us is the song I'd most love to hear Muse cover  |

Here in just over a week Grroosss and I can’t go, on a trip to Dublin. The tickets were very reasonably priced and like you and Timeblue were saying they put on a great show

My trip to Dublin was changed and I managed to bag 2 resale tickets for last nights SPARKS concert, it was a fantastic show and the ovation they got was something else, I think it even took them by surprise. For a guy in his 70s Russell Mael never stops moving the whole show. l have put the back image of my tee shirt on showing the rest of their tour dates.  |

Ooooh, you lucky thing, lasttrain929! I'd love to see them in the Glasgow Barrowlands as it's such an amazing venue but it's a bit of a trek from South Wales. Both of their outfits are brilliant!  |

Suuuuuuper late since I haven't dropped by in a while, but nicely done lasttrain929 on your last-minute Sparks concert experience! I saw a few snippets from the tour on instagram and it looked like a wonderful time was had by all. Congrats on converting the missus as well, try as I might I couldn't convince nobodyschild to even watch the Sparks Brothers documentary with me... |

Went to the Waterfront last night to see the Devine comedy, had a great night was hoping he might throw in his version of Mr blue sky, Neil is a fan of ELO, but sadly no. On the plus side he did squeeze in my lovely horse from Father Ted.... Something for the weekend does have a ELOish sound.

Apparently it's quite hard to see them with the naked eye, you need to be looking through a camera or other type of lens?
