Two Wembley seats duly purchased under my own personal 'buy now - think about it later' scheme!
There's so much to anticipate and contemplate over the next twelve months including whether or not this show will be in a support of some form of release, even another new album?!!
I've been consistent in other postings in that I've always felt it possible that Jeff would continue to take to the stage although not necessarily in the form of a tour as such. I wouldn't be surprised though if he announces a couple of 'warm up' shows just before Wembley, a little nearer the time. Isn't that effectively what he did before the Glastonbury appearance?

Seems VERY clearly branded as an "Alone In The Universe" show. This won't be the start of a new album cycle but the end of one. Expect very similar to the arena show. Maybe some Euro big shows/festivals around the same time.

Hopefully there will be a longer running time than the 90 mins that the current tour has had. For such a big stadium gig a minimum of 2 hours is the least we should expect .

I think I'm in Row 4, block A, Ealing High Street. Cheap seats for me...run out of Jeff Lynne money

I'm on the pitch somewhere but not entirely clear from the Ticketmaster site where... The way the England team's been going, I might even end up as centre forward down there.

Great news that there'll be at least one more date I'm going to hang back a bit, I'm not mad about stadium gigs and it's a whole year away so I might risk it clashing with something even more enticing. Still might squeeze into the cheap seats though if the stars align, must say the possibility of a mass forum meet-up does make it more alluring. Chuffed at all of you who snagged good seats already, nice work

One thing I'll be expecting from a gig at Wembley is it to be longer that what Jeff has been playing this year on stadiums. If that was approximately 1:45 hours, then the Wembley concert should be 2:00 at the very least (ideally 2:15-2:30), which would mean several more songs included in the setlist.

At 9:15 this morning I did some I just checked and the current best seats are block E - that's the furthest back on the pitch. So that means the whole pitch area is pretty much sold out. The level one seats are 5 blocks in from stage side. That's nearly 1/4 sold on level one. Not bad going!
