That’s not good, all I can suggest is to keep try as sometimes the more seats get released at different times.
I was looking at New York despite Mrs Wimp saying “don’t you dare” seats kept reappearing all the time, I put some in the basket then got a bad gateway message, probably for the best.

I think Ticketmaster purposely builds the suspense. As I was waiting it got down to 1 minute, then < 1 minute, then went back up to 1 minute! Like the clock in Ferris Bueller. Then you get in the queue and watch the countdown, 412 ahead of you, 373 ahead of you, ... 1 ahead of you.
got a pair of tickets for the DC show on the 2nd level just to the right of the stage - $180 each w/ the fees. That's higher than in 2019, but not as bad as Springsteen tickets let alone Swift tix.

I’m reading on Facebook that a lot of people are having issues, especially with a bad gateway message, so persevere.

Finally. What cluster you know what. For Boston, the ticketmaster kept timing out or having an error both on the app which i quickly gave up on, and on desktop on my partner's account . the success was persistence. I still dont get the "you're leaving a seat " alone nonsense that prevented easy selection of theoretically availble seats . So for whomever it may help KEEP trying, you may get lucky and have it finally process. I never had an experience this bad. Even Genesis pre-sale which failed totally in 2007 at least was able to be worked around by gold Amex. This is a nightmare. I do have tickets finally for boston . almost broke some things in frustration. good luck eveyone.

my page froze and it was clear not processing i made the hard choice to give up and try again, that helped. just sharing in case that helps you. when mine was successful it allowed me to get to the checkout, page and from there on was not really laggy/frozen.

I am hoping someone else with the top tier VIP in Boston that gets supposedly an exclusive Boston poster will sell it on eBay or something I collect those and wanted one super badly, but none of those seats were available. it doesn't sound like something available the merchandise stand. I'm really irked about that as silly as it sounds I really love those things so much. This was the worst concert purchasing experience with the TM website I've ever had in 20 plus years

I had a lot of issues with ticketmaster, but I managed to get 5 tickets to the Philly show in the closest tiered section to the left of the stage (if you are looking at the stage from the audience). Row 10. I'm pretty hyped! Tickets were $230 a pop in that section. I didn't want to be on the right side of an aisle, because I learned the hard way that your view gets obstructed by people going up and down to get drinks! I don't know why people do that during the set, but I digress. 😅

Looking now at New York there are hundreds of seats available including the second row, it goes to show that waiting awhile you might get a better seat.

Or is Mrs. Wimp putting her foot down? We visited NYC last October for my birthday, so as much as I’d like to go I’ll have to hold out for a UK tour.

I’ve just checked four or five of the venues and there are plenty of seats available, I hope they are selling as well as expected.

I'm not sure I want to go. There are two concert dates within driving distance (Atlanta: 6 hrs, and DC : 5 hours) and I have relatives I could stay with in both cities. I prefer DC, but a mid- week, out of town concert once school is in session is not a good thing. But even the idea of going to Atlanta for a Saturday show does not leave me feeling enthused, especially at those prices, and especially after I traveled out of town to see basically the same show (fun as it was) in 2018 (Philly) and 2019 (Atlanta). I'm going to see EWF and Chicago together, about 30 minutes from my home, for about $60 a ticket in August. It would have been even cheaper if I had waited for the Groupon sale. I don't think there will be a Groupon for this last ELO tour, though. Jury's still out on whether I 'll go. I can't help it if I'm getting old, cheap and spoiled.

I feel like a bad fan but, honestly, we really did our thing (and spent boatloads of money doing it)!!! I don't think we can beat or recapture the moment. The new tour has reminded me of all the wonderful people I met through ELO though.
