While looking for the Xanadu tracks for The ELO Collection, I found out that, supposedly, there are alternative versions to the album's songs, but I couldn't seize any of these alternative versions.
Can you help me out in this? Thanks

Those 5.1 mixes remain exclusive to the surround versions of the film itself, but individually extracted channels have indeed been uploaded. As for the earliest songwriting demos, only Jeff's original home recording of what was then still called (I Take) The Fall is circulating, though rough mixes for most of the ELO tracks can be found in the Xanadu production reel, also available on YouTube. We're long overdue an expanded soundtrack album that adds in Drum Dreams, Xanadu Overture and a few songs that could help pad out the ONJ side. Alas, her camp gave up trying to negotiate with the various labels that would need to be involved after about a decade of failed talks, so they instead went ahead with just including a selection of remastered singles on the second volume of her own hits compilation two years ago. What I'd really like to hear are the slightly earlier mixes for the ELO songs that can be heard in the movie, only without any sound effects layered over them. While this likely isn't an opinion Jeff himself would agree with, I prefer his slightly rougher lead vocal on that version of Don't Walk Away, and I'd love for the rest to have survived in the vaults somewhere.

Elver,
Not sure if I did those rips that "The acetaters" used, I know of a couple of others who have also ripped the front, center and surround channels from a Xanadu 5.1 DVD (I didnt rip the ONJ tracks, I do know of a source for those)
At the time I had just bought a multi region DVD player that used phono for the 5.1 channels and it was really simple to isolate these tracks.
Be weary, not all the DVDs are from the same source and have varying "bleed" between the channels. I used the US NTSC 1999 copyright Universal disc.
The isolated channels create some interesting listening, for example you end up with a Xanadu instrumental and a guitar based Overture
