Hey ELO nuts- longtime reader but first time poster! I'm looking for a little direction on the below item. I checked with a couple of friends that are good with rock autos, and they were leery that the signatures were genuine. I did try a PSA quick opinion, but they could not render a decision. My guess would be due to the available pictures I sent them as I did not have the item in person to take pictures with. I know the classic line-up was only together for 4 years, so I think it's probably near impossible all the signatures, if real, would have come from that era. They would have had to been collected over the following many years I think. They do seem to be closely matched to known, good authenticated examples. Just curious for the group's input. Thanks! -Ryan Edit- best picture for reference below image003.pdf (129.96 KB)

I wonder why Kelly's signature is so faint. But the bigger question is - will your significant other let you hang it in a worthy place of pride?

I think the signature is actually pretty bold- it's just the angle and the glass. A couple of other signatures looked faint in one picture, then more pronounced in the other. I just don't know if they are legit or not. And yes, I have a man cave decked out that already has a Jeff Lynne ANWR autographed album cover so I am set there!

Signed items are always difficult to confirm whether they are original or not, I’m leaning towards this is original.

Nothing screams fake here. It's a nice piece. What does PSA charge for the full works?

My humble opinion is that it is a genuine item, I and the other forumites have seen lots of autographed items on here and there has been some real bad attempts at copying the names but this looks good.

Oh, I'm very late posting here... but if it makes any difference, the resident unofficial ELO signature expert gives this one the stamp of approval. None of them arouse suspicion, and I'd think it'd be quite a feat to fake ALL of them convincingly. Jeff's looks like it's probably from relatively recent years; it makes me pause, but not enough to discredit it. Heck, I believe this one on Bev's signature alone, his seems to be notoriously difficult to forge and it's spot-on here.

For what it's worth, I did get it PSA authenticated recently and they confirmed all 7 signatures. I do agree Jeff's first name looks a little unique, but if you look at some of his very early signatures, they are quite different from later years. Glad to have had the chance to find it and acquire!
