...for slightly less than the exorbitant prices you normally see them listed for - about the same as what I paid for mine so I'm not sure they get much better. I'm not in the market for one anymore but can't help looking every now and then, so I figured I'd share so the rest of you ( Timeblue) might have a chance at one.

Thanks for the heads up, those two shirts are gorgeous ,(especially the Time one) if they were new then I'd be on them like a shot but I have a thing about second hand clothing. Am I alone with my thinking on this? Thanks anyway.

They are nice shirts, I really like the logo on the Time shirt. I just bought myself a Time tour scarf December 81, really pleased with it. Thanks Grroosss for the links.

Am I alone with my thinking on this? Thanks anyway. I have no problem at all with second hand clothing - pretty much all my jeans came from Ebay for about 99p and nearly all of my stupdly large collection of Converse. As long as they aren't worn or stained of course. It's amazing the doggy old things people put up for sale and expect to have buyers queueing up, tsk.

I just automatically assume that the previous owner had B.O. or some skin condition (because all ELO fans are like that aren't they?)

Eh? Speak for yourself! Usually second hand stuff has barely been worn, sometimes people buy something, take the tags off and then never wear it at all. And of course it's a great way of snaffling vintage merch. I've had loads of Muse merch that people bought and wore maybe once or twice, for a fraction of the exorbitant original price

"...for a fraction of the exorbitant original price." Yup, like Eddie Bauer tops and my Levi jeans that are not made anymore.

Agreeing with Uno here, most of the stuff I've gotten second hand has been in great condition. I've gotten some incredible deals, vintage Levis cords, wool sweaters, the raddest avocado green leather jacket you'll ever see... Shoes I'm a bit more wary of, but anything else? I figure it's good enough for me if I run it through the wash first. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
