Hearing Kelly in such fine voice... I miss ELO 75-78 and I was too young to appreciate or understand how great that era was...

Can someone please explain to me, after watching this, why Jeff Lynne featured him less and less after Discovery? Did Kelly have too much talent that Jeff's ego would not allow his talents to be fully utilized?
