Yes, mine arrived in the post this morning. I had no notification from Ticketmaster that they had been sent out, my account page hasn't been updated, they just turned up!

I noticed that, I'm in block 101, bought on pre-sale, and now nearer seats are available, makes you wonder what the point of buying early was.

I'm having thoughts about never buying from Ticketmaster again. Its ridiculous. I can't even remember where I'm sat, it's so long since I paid! I had to weigh up what I could afford vs how close to the stage I could get. I figure you can pay for great seats on paper but still get someone sat in front of you to spoil your night so I went for cheaper seats.
I bought presale tickets but hours after they went on sale. I wish now I'd bought them direct from the venue - can you do that? With Wembley? I do know that Ticketmaster tickets aren't everything. When I was looking for Procol Harum seats TicketDisaster said they had sold out but I looked at the venue and they had plenty of even better seats available plus a they were half the price because I got a concession! It seems to me the whole Ticketmaster way of working is set up just to play games with the customer. It makes me very mad .

Agree with you all totally about TicketDisaster (TM - queenofthehours). I know people who have lost tickets on the very last page of the buying process for no obvious reason at all, then the event was sold out when they tried again. This was after negotiating their annoying tests to see if you're a robot. Then they mess with our heads about actually receiving the tickets. It's not so bad if you have another choice but often they are the only choice so you also have to pay their ridiculous handling/postage/just-be-grateful-you-have-a-ticket fees, arghh!
