Got the grandstand tickets the other day, taking a bus from central Barcelona to the track.

In the meantime, the Indy 500 starts in 30 minutes here in Indianapolis.

In Barcelona - didn't make the practice today due to hanging out with friends (and a slight bit of work) but will attend the practice session tomorrow. Can't wait for Sunday race day although they are talking about rain. Brought the poncho and umbrella just in case. Will get photos up here afterwards.

Watching FP1 and the weather looks ok, hope there’s some light rain for the race as it always shakes things up. Have a super fun weekend.

Yea, the weather has been fluctuating between dry and light rain.

WiFi service has been poor this morning, so I will upload a couple photos later.

An enjoyable race but no major crashes yesterday. No rain either. A great time was had by all!

The only common complaint I heard is that getting out of the track area was horrible - I took bus service from Barcelona city center - on Saturday it took 3 hours to get back to the hotel, yesterday it took about the same amount of time. The food at the track was average at best and that should be improved too (although the Oscar Mayer Hot Dogs are fantastic). We are talking about going to Silverstone next year.

@horacewimp - Even if I shrink my photos they are still over 1 gb in size. What service can I use so that I may upload photos for this thread? Though Max had the race in hand, and the Spanish were very disappointed that Fernando and Carlos did not win (though top 10), it was still a fun race. My only complaint was that the ingress-egress at the race track was poor. Took 3 hours on the bus to get back to Barcelona center. But still over a great time.
