Well, gang, if you would like, I will send a letter to Jenny Littlejohn. I will let her know about us, give site address and where to find the memorial's and if she could pass this along to his family, etc... or to let us know she is not the same person. The thing is that they can't reply to our posts here. Give her your email Horacewimp? Any other thoughts/suggestions Horacewimp, @chippa and Helmut83?

That would be great, BSJ! No other suggestions on my part, just let her know Rob/Alex was a big ELO fan (in case she doesn't know already) and a very active and appreciated member of this forum. You can give her my email address too if you want: gumork83@hotmail.com . Let's see what comes out.

Read this over Horacewimp, Helmut83, @chippa.June 17, 2015 Dear Ms Littlejohn, I am writing you to inquire if you are the Jenny L Littlejohn who signed a guest book for Alex Robert Church, who died on November 18th, 2014? I belong to a forum that Alex was a member, called “ Horace Wimp’s ELO Fan Forum”. A site for Electric Light Orchestra fans who are interested in any and all things ELO. Alex’s member name was “Rob 2095” . jefflynneselo.proboards.com/ Rob/Alex had been a member in ELO forums for a number of years and made many friends. As a fellow member wrote Rob/Alex “was a very active and well appreciated member of this forum” We have set up a Memorial thread for Rob/Alex in our forum and we would be grateful if you could share this with his family and friends. jefflynneselo.proboards.com/thread/456/rob-2095 If you would kindly contact us I have, with their permission, two email addresses to give you. The creator/administer is (what name do you want here) (Horacewimp) To be filled in. I have your email - won't use it here. And member, Helmut83 gumork83@hotmail.com Looking forward to hearing from you. Barbara A Wernert (BSJ) & Horace Wimp’s ELO Fan Forum

This is a great idea, nice work! His family and friends should be able to know how much he was appreciated.

Hi, just read this very sad news, it's never fair if a person this young dies so early. I enjoyed Alex writtings on this and on the former elo message board, the elo family misses a true fan! r. i. p.

That's perfect for me too, BSJ, great letter. Just write my username, Helmut83; if she did have something to do with Rob she'll probably enter the forum and she will be able to recognize me by my nickname. If later on the conversation goes personal I'll give her my real name. Not being an English native speaker I'm not able to catch the subtleties of your language, but if "well-appreciated" (or "well appreciated") sounds better than just "appreciated" make the change; otherwise not. You decide that. And thanks for the wink.

This news sucks. I'll miss Alex and his quirky posts and signatures. I think writing a letter is a very classy move, BSJ.

I didn't know Alex (Rob 2095) but it is still a shock to hear that he has left us, so young. Thoughts and prayers to his friends and family, and the forum members who knew him and will miss him.

This news is so sad and it can only be sadder for Alex’s friends and family who knew him personally. I was also familiar with Discoverme/Rob2095 from the old ELO Forever Forum. Both there and here he proved himself to be an essential part of the forum, entering into the spirit and adding colour with his humour and wit.
Though sadly missed, he will forever be remembered here by all those who enjoyed his posts.
RIP Alex.

Very nice gesture BSJ. I hope Ms. Littlejohn can give us some insight into what happened with Alex.

I also didn't know Alex, but that doesn't prevent me from mourning a life lost too young. My heartfelt commiserations go out to his friends and family.
