Had to post one of these, it's from a totally fabulous children's programme called "I'm Sorry I've Got No Head" - far too good for kids. These two "ladies" always end up imagining something's going to cost a thousand pounds - my mother and I have taken to quoting them all the time, we are equally as skinflinty. But probably less attractive Edit: We both have those granny hats too, Mr Musette and I wore them at V Festival once when it was chucking it down and we were waiting for the mighty Muse to appear. So fetching. The things you do to see your favourite band eh Uno?

Of course, and you'd do the same to preserve your hairdo if you were waiting for Damey to appear, I know it.

More Victoria Wood here -
It was impossible not to think of this sketch during the summer when my mum and I ordered two soups from a particularly older waitress in our hotel.

Always been pretty good at playing older ladies even at a young age! Funny how all the actors in this sketch came to be on dinnerladies in the future! God bless Victoria Wood!

Classic sketch, Julie Walters has an uncanny knack for the doddery old lady, remember Mrs Overall?

Been watching a lot of Spitting Image lately (having to google who some of the people are because it's a bit before my time haha) Oh, I hated Spitting Image! The puppets used to scare me as a child but I had to sit and watch it with my granddad because he loved it. Still have nightmares.
