Bought two tickets for Munich. Pretty expensive this time, but I don`t care. I cannot believe that I will see (and hear) Jeff in the flesh for the third time, cos five years ago the odds that I will ever see an E.L.O. gig were not even remote, they seemed non-existent.

Earlier this evening I was discussing Jeff's tour with my mum and bemoaning the fact the we would probably not get to see his show this year.
Mum: "well he's not going to change it is he? Not unless he does it back to front".
Maybe that's one of his promised special "musical surprises", beginning the show with 'ROB' and 'MBS' and ending with 'Standin' in the Rain'?

If I had a free wish for the next tour, I would love to see the "Concerto for a rainy day" played in full. "Big wheels" is one of the most overlooked gems on "Out Of The Blue", anyway.
Or "One Summer Dream", another underrated song in the E.L.O. catalogue.

I'd chuck Bluebird is Dead and 21st Century Man in as well, but that's never going to happen

Or "One Summer Dream", another underrated song in the E.L.O. catalogue. i had that exact thought for the last tour. it would be good to do the full concerto for a rainy day as a single entity, indeed im surprised that he didnt just tour out of the blue as a celebration of its 40th birthday and just do the whole album! even if it was just a special one off, perhaps in his hometown!

I've heard that Birmingham arena is changing its name to the Utilita arena. I can't even read that word never mind pronounce or spell it.

it seems like ELO was very popular in Japan and some other areas outside of North America and Northwest Europe but Jeff hasn't ventured far and wide since he started touring again
does anyone think he will go to Tokyo, Sydney, Rome, Moscow, Buenos Aires ...?
too much trouble for a 70something rock star to bother with? too expensive to fit the entourage and all the gear on an intergalactic spaceship?
there are fans all over the world that would go bonkers if he did maybe not Wembley size venues but O2 size should work
just plot a course to keep Jeff 500 miles from any Corona virus outbreaks and engage engines

Haha, I see myself out in the streets explaining to people why they should sign this petition to bring the "Last Train to London guy" to Argentina.
One million signatures is quite a mountain to climb, even in Australia.
