Family Crest is following ELO's traveling orchestra model. They show up at gigs with up to a dozen instruments. here they do a Hall & Oates cover that got featured on the Grey's Anatomy TV show a few seasons back reading the comments, this song provokes opposite reactions from different listeners I'm guessing those that grew up on the original are the ones who don't like it. But I like hearing it with the strings added. As an avid H&O fan, I must say that this is a nice cover, but there is just no replacing Daryl Hall's voice. I can imagine him singing it in this mellower style on Live at Daryl's House, and that would be quite nice!

this song plays at the end of the movie "The Aeronauts" which is worth a watch you'll have sweaty palms if you're afraid of heights, though

This year's Eurovision Song Contest is coming up in May. I hadn't paid much attention to it until a friend texted me about THIS.
It's brilliant. So catchy. Funny, sweet, great subject for a song. And they look like a team of University Challenge contestants.
Just give Iceland the crown now.

Are you 'suggesting', dillwyn, that this is something that we should ALL build while in self-isolation? Imagine Ma-Ma-Ma-Belle played on that beauty

Imagine Ma-Ma-Ma-Belle played on that beauty Much to my shame, I've had a Bass guitar to build for ages ... it hasn't left the box ... i'm in no position to suggest anyone builds anything This person is incredible, look at what goes into that machine www.youtube.com/channel/UCcXhhVwCT6_WqjkEniejRJQ

Cracking song from another Jeffrey. And strangely relevant at the moment...
