I was wondering when elophile would get to hear of this atrocity, to be honest I was expecting a more furious and fiery reaction. Don't say you're mellowing? unomusette I was in the middle of getting my herr did.

on Last Man Standing tonight, one of the characters says "I just realized, now that Tom Petty is gone, Bob Dylan is the last Travelling Wilbury still living" WHAT!!!? I kept waiting for one of the other characters to correct him, but no. Does the script writer actually think that? That was a rerun. There were complaints about this a few months ago. I Messaged the show and asked them how they were going to apologize to Jeff Lynne, and of course they ignored me. I see their apology is to run the same show again and leave the line in. The world is nothing but a patchwork of lies.

Jeff has joked about being the least known Wilbury. Guess this proves it. the mistake is now documented on IMDb as a "character error" more like a "writer's error" unless the show intentionally inserted the goof to see if anyone would notice maybe they should do that every week to boost ratings (spot the goof and win a prize) www.imdb.com/title/tt8651664/<< When Ed and Chuck are sharing a drink Ed states that Bob Dylan is the only Traveling Wilbury left now that Tom Petty has passed. Supergroup The Traveling Wilburys consisted of Roy Orbison, George Harrison, Tom Petty, Bob Dylan and Jeff Lynne. Jeff Lynne is still very much alive. >>

I've never even heard of this stupid show. I demand a public apology followed by a schedule of public grovelling and self punishment followed by a probationary period in which the show must speak only with the utmost reverence for Jeff, ELO and his monumental and vital contributions to The Wilburys!!!

This is unacceptable! Should I send an angry flock of birds after them? I'm sure Disco would be all for it...

Last night on "Celebrity" Mastermind a question was asked about the setting for Coleridge's poem Kubla Khan and the clue was that it was a hit for Olivia Newton-John......!

I saw that! Is the instrumental version official, or did they delete the vocal to pay less royalties? Jeff won't like that.

In a bookshop today, spotted a volume entitled Rock Chronicles (https://www.theworks.co.uk/p/music-books/rock-chronicles/9780857621788) Didn't buy it, but I snapped pics of the two pages most of interest to us lot. Hope you can read the print OK.
