Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers pretty much destroyed Rush in round 11, so they move on!
Round twelve is between two huge 80s' bands- Duran Duran and The Police.
REMEMBER TO VOTE IN THE POLL, OR YOUR VOTE WON'T COUNT!

A Scottish lake? Hm..The Police? I voted for Sting and Co. Duran Duran had a couple of fun hits, but The Police were far better.

The Police were OK but there was something about them that irked me, they were a bit too smug I think. Plus on their comeback tour they spent ages doing noodly jams instead of songs, urgh! On the other hand, DD had catchy songs and FAB videos. I'm thinking Wild Boys, the boys are probably thinking Girls on Film

Gonna be the Police for me ( before Mr Sting got too far up his own backside) I saw them at Twickenham on their comeback/reunion/show us the money tour and loved the gig. But that may have been because my mate paid for the tickets

Something similar happens to me. I think they sounded too much the same in all of their songs and were overrated. Duran Duran for me. Good band.
