Hey, but you can hear it the two times you say "I'm waiting here"! The first one you hear it louder and more clear, but the second time it is there too (although less audible).
And the cover, 10/10, outstanding really. Thanks for making it. In my opinion it is one of ELO's most underrated songs. I don't know how people don't realize what a little short masterpiece it is.

Well man I has been completely overshadowed by that! At this stage I don't care what people think of it bro! I am completely freaked and I suddenly don't feel so alone here any more! I wish this was in the summer or something as"The whole Halloween vibe people will think I'm sh***ing them for fun and I'm not!!!!!!"

If I get close to the speaker I can just about hear something as you say, it sounds like one the cows from the farm might have escaped and is trying to get in on the act. Maybe give Derek Acorah a call

No, of course I wouldn't judge you crazy. You know, I used to not believe in any of those things, but have a friend of mine said that there was a ghost in his house and everyone in his family had seen it/felt it. I never payed attention to that until one day in which I was at his house playing computer on my own. Suddenly there came someone and stayed kind of beside me but a bit backwards, like leaning in the door's frame. I thought I saw him from the corner of my eye. I was concentrated in the game and thought it was my friend's brother who was there watching how I played, and made a couple of comments to him. When I saw he wasn't answering I turned my head and incredibly there was no one there. I couldn't believe it, it felt incredibly real. Then I commented that to my friend (saying "you weren't crazy after all") and he told me that was the place where the ghost appeared most and that to him that happened quite frequently.
It isn't a bad ghost. It never messed with anyone, but everyone in his family has seen it and I felt that presence a couple of times since then, so I'm totally open to those creatures existing.

I've listened on headphones and can here some back ground talking just after your introduction but before you start playing and a noise just after you sing fantasies.

I think the noise after "fantasies" is his own breathing.

I heard the first woo's. Not sure where the second ones are.
Again, well done! JLN!
I was just listening to this today.
New Thread, so we don't hijack this thread. It's called Ghosts I Have Met in the Non-ELO discussion.

Back in the house again. ....that wasn't my breathing unless I swallowed one of those moaning toys. Went out to the car and played it and other failed attempts and there is deffo something talking through the song at various stages but moreso after that lyric? !!! Freaky!

Just had a listen, first and foremost it's just a marvellous cover, what a class act *applauds wildly* Helmut is right too, it's a little treasure of a tune and despite being short is stuffed with interesting chord changes. Exactly the sort of thing Jeff is famous for, making it look easy until someone else actually tries it. Couldn't hear any actual "woo's" - I blame my unromantic stony-hearted nature There is what sounds like an echo from the piano (maybe going up your stairwell if you played it in the hall?)which sounds a bit like an angelic backing vocal during the quieter bits. Did you have a spooky feeling at the time?

It almost goes against the laws of harmony and yet he puts a melody on it and makes it sound good all the same. And hey, weren't the Welsh supposed to believe in dragons?
