Please know that Mr. eloneen is "So Fine" and I would not trade him for anyone, but among public figures, two of the most gorgeous men in my opinion are George Clooney and Idris Elba. (I know, I know, not original at all!) I do like those mature leading men who have charm, gravitas, and a twinkle in the eye in addition to stunning good looks! Attachment DeletedAttachment Deleted

eloneen , just curious: what's your age? I'm in my early 50s, but I look a bit younger, so I'm told.

Makes sense you aim at gentlemen about the age of the ones you've mentioned.

What? You had a crush on a doll? I mean, who hasn't gone for a roll in the hay with a doll, but falling for her is a very different thing She's a doll are you sure, you have ruined my whole childhood if she is, I couldn't see the puppet strings Horacewimp
Agalmatophilia (from the Greek agalma 'statue', and -philia φιλία = love) is a condition characterized by sexual attraction to a statue, doll, mannequin or other similar figurative object. I'm not judging. I totally had a thing for cartoon Tarzan.

So, you have gravitas to look forward to now! Onward! Wish I could be as possitive as you are, but thanks. Here's how I see it: As you get older, you are not becoming less "yourself." Think of it as growing into yourself. Either we get older or we die young! That's it. There are no other options. Embrace every day you have because it belongs to you! The present is here, and it's real, and we're alive! If we can do that with grace, curiosity, and a smile, we'll look and feel better!! If we try to learn something along the way from the mistakes of our youth, we won't seem like foolish older people who are stuck in the past and who only see value in being young. Reliving and cherishing memories is great (our past still belongs to us, too), and a little vanity is not a bad thing if it helps us maintain a sense of dignity about our appearance. OK, end of longwinded "positive aging" pep talk! Enjoy today!
