Bloke on FB reckons reason for no Time songs in set list is because BB holds rights to them. Surely that's complete claptrap. Anyone heard anything similar

Bev sold his rights to Jeff after finishing part 2 in 1999, Jeff played twilight in 2001 at the PBS shows / rehearsals so no he doesn't !!!

Even if Bev did part own some rights (which is highly unlikely) it wouldn't stop Jeff from playing any of the songs it would just mean that Bev got some royalties. Bev must also own the rights to Zoom as none of those tracks get played.

Incredibly, it turns out that Bev does indeed have exclusive rights to everything from Time, Balance Of Power, Armchair Theatre, Zoom, Long Wave and even Jeff's contributions to the Electric Dreams soundtrack, which is quite impressive when you consider he didn't even play on those last four (or much during the Balance Of Power sessions, for that matter).
Seriously, I had to laugh at this message - it's obvious that Jeff's focus is on delivering a mostly hits set with a few deep cuts thrown in, though I do agree that it's odd he's not dusted at least Twilight and Hold On Tight off yet...
