This was a happy find. Looking through back issues of Rolling Stone magazine, I ran across this advertisement for Roy’s album “Boulders”, released in 1973.
More info if you'd like: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boulders_(album)
Under boulder reads: "...Boulders" is simply the best finished project Wood has ever turned out..." Crawdaddy
Here is another advert for Boulders.

I've never seen that second advert. On the hunt. The second advert came from the UK music paper Melody Maker dated 31st July 1973.
Woody really was a one man band.

Wow! I'd love to see the full film, look at those boots! It looks to me that Woody's wearing a full furry suit, not just the boots, have a look at his top half and you'll see.
Most of the "Lift Off with Ayshea" tapes were scrubbed and recorded over, video tapes were very expensive in those days, so they were reused to keep programme costs down.
It's sad that we've lost these show's forever, but in their day, nobody realised that future generations would be interested in watching them.
Here's the original advert for the single in 1972.

I reckon the boots could carry things all on their own I never knew that "When Grandma.." was a single, did it ever chart?

I reckon the boots could carry things all on their own I never knew that "When Grandma.." was a single, did it ever chart? No, strangely enough for a Roy Wood single it never charted.
The 'B' side was "Wake Up" which was also from the "Boulders" album.Attachment DeletedAttachment DeletedAttachment Deleted

I remember the yeti boots, but the ones Roy is wearing look as if they've been on steroids. Or else he is a lot smaller than we're led to believe
