It's New York where everything is way overpriced compared to the rest of the US. The tickets at the Hollywood Bowl are going for $300. so it is not only NY that is overpriced. It is the artists demanding more money than fans can afford. Pure greed. I guess they are not rich enough.

You have a legit bitch debby . No argument here about ticket prices! Ridiculous.
It is what it is. So we ticket buyers need to think about where he is playing and how our buck is best used. As I’ve written in other posts, the best place I want to see our Jeff is this size of venue, 6000 seats. $600/55 for a small venue? or one the size of a football field? $55 gives you better seating at a small venue than football size. You won’t have thousands of people screaming and messing around with, and impending the ale line (right H W?). And, I think we will be able to see Jeff just fine without a TV screen begging our attention. Cozier.
It’s brutal, those prices. I’m not happy either. What is going to be my choice?
debby , do you live in New York City? Or, are you hoping Jeff will come to your city?

I am live in NYC. Jeff played last November in a very small club called Irving Plaza, the tickets were $65. and it was sold out in minutes. I was lucky enough to get 2 tickets for my brother and I. It was pure magic, the small intimate setting and his performance. Unbelievable experience. We even saw him leave the venue and got to exchange a few words.

Not sure if many on the board frequent RCMH, but the venue isn't that large. I guess it's what you are used to. Nosebleed seats at Madison Square are 10x worse than the last row here. Even third mezz here is pretty good if you are in the first several rows.
