i notice jl gets a writing credit on cher's believe...i'm assuming this is a sampled track yet...does anyone from the collective wisdom here know which one?....

It's Prologue off Time, a small sample is used right at the very start of Believe.

Thank you... See I knew I'd get the answer. I'd looked at whosampled.com and it was missing from there.
Hope he got a percentage and not just a flat fee.....it sold by the bucket load by the looks of it.
I couldn't find a section on jefflynne songs...which is always where I start with such queries....

I don't see it as borrowing heavily. He took a few words and none of the music. The Miracles song was pretty lame.
