What's this? Another new song?
I ain't listening, I ain't listening, I ain't listening... I'll put my fingers in my ears if I have to. If any track is played on BBC Radio I'll listen because it'll probably be accompanied by a Jeff interview but otherwise...
Got to be strong and hold on till the album

It's true, are you not going to listen to it? Fool of me! I hadn't realized you had uploaded it. You had announced it for Friday so I wasn't expecting it!

It has a little hint of reggae, which is cool as hell. Not as immediately catchy as WIWAB, but a really good song, nonetheless.
However, I'm not going to listen to it again until the official release. Don't wanna burn myself out on the songs, already.

I actually enjoy this one more than When I Was A Boy. It has a very modern, fresh sound, while still maintaining that certain ELO-Jeff Lynne feel.

It wouldn't sound out of place on Balance of Power, which isn't a bad thing. Of the four tracks I've heard so far I think this is least impressive, in saying that it's still very good, so I'm very much looking forward to the album. B.O.P was exactly what I thought as well. I really liked it.

I dig this. Not as good as WIWAB, but I love the Balance of Power sound it has. If I had to rank the song's I've heard so far..
1) When I Was a Boy 2) Alone in the Universe 3) When the Night Comes 4) I'm Leaving You
Including bonus tracks, I've now heard about 1/3 of the album. I have a feeling they're going to premiere at least one more song before the album releases - and that song is "The Sun Will Shine on You." If you look on iTunes, you'll see that WIWAB, WtNC, and TSWSoY all have time stamps while the rest do not. We'll probably hear that one in early November.

I'm completely with queenofthehours on this one, want to save it all up for a pleasure bomb For those of you who have listened though, do you hear the thread of a concept album about a certain person's life?

I agree with BHabs preference order....
I've happened to listen to Ken Bruce all week and caught WIWAB three times and a different new Bryan Adams track every day as well

I love this song! The chords, piano, guitar solo, everything!

So far I've managed to only listen to WIWAB and intend to hang on for the album release.

For those of you who have listened though, do you hear the thread of a concept album about a certain person's life? I haven't heard an obvious thread yet to say it was a concept album, but I think there are subtle references made in the songs.

This is the weakest track I've heard so far.
My order of preference is presently:
Alone in The Universe 8/10 When I was a Boy 7/10 I'm Leaving You 5/10 When The Night Comes 3/10
