"Down on the bay" rocks it.
Plus I love it when they write rock n' roll songs that go out of the typical 3-chord structure.

Down on the Bay sounds a bit too Chantilly Lace. Sort of a mash up of late 50s songs.

I enjoy 'Your World' as well. I guess it morphed into 'Sweet Is The Night' few years later.
