September Song destroyed the competition in match 65, so it goes on.
In match 66, Look At Me Now goes against Blue.
REMEMBER TO VOTE IN THE POLL

The lyrics on'Blue' must have been inspired by Regina Spektor's 'Blue Lips'. Wacky cellos get the vote though.

Same here, I like Blue but it's part of Jeff's recent output where the sound is all a bit samey. Look at Me Now is much more original.

It's hard because the songs are sooo different. Look At me Now, 'cause it's so edgy.

the newer Jeff's music is, the older it sounds Blue could have been on Long Wave whereas the first 2 albums were experimental and forward looking
going with Look at Me Now

This time, late beats early for me. Blue it is.

the newer Jeff's music is, the older it sounds Blue could have been on Long Wave whereas the first 2 albums were experimental and forward looking going with Look at Me Now Long Wave would have generated a lot more buzz had it included a few originals. I'm thinking 'Blue' and 'Fault Line' as good candidates, as well as 'I'm Leaving You'.

'Look At Me Now' but not just because it's older.

Same here, I like Blue but it's part of Jeff's recent output where the sound is all a bit samey. Look at Me Now is much more original. I agree 100%, in fact I was going to say the same: I don't know how Jeff doesn't get tired of repeating formulas and sounds over and over. That 4th grade major to 4th grade minor has been abused and overabused, it seems to be there in every song and pretty much always in the same place. And if you aren't able come up with something very original because your creativity has worn out with age (I think that happens to everyone), at least try changing the instrumentation. On "Blue" there's the same guitars as usual ever since the Wilburys, the same awful snare drum... everything sounds the same. I don't like "Look at me now", but the vote goes to it for at least having tried to create something.
