Well, in match sixteen, Heaven Only Knows raised a little hell on its way to a close win over MaMaMa Belle. It moves onward and upward.
In match seventeen, we have two unique songs- the jaunty Mr. Crow and Sir Norman by the Idle Race battles the lite-reggae The Lights Go Down, from Time.
REMEMBER TO VOTE IN THE POLL OR YOUR VOTE WON'T COUNT

A top notch song from 'The Idle Race' versus the worst song on 'Time'. I had to think about this one, which only shows how good an album 'Time' is.
After listening to both, the Idle Race wins for me. I didn't remember how good a song 'Sir Norman' is. The lyrics are most bizarre. Where else have you heard the word 'ventriloquist' used in a song!
'The Lights Go Down' is quite an earworm too, though it borrows quite heavily from this Bo Diddley song.

Oh....one of the very first songs to highlight Jeff Lynne as a songwriting genius. Mr. Crow all the way!

Lucky 'The Lights Go Down' is one of the easier songs to vote against on Time and I love 'Mr. Crow and Sir Norman'. I was singing it the other day.

I've always liked the quirky Mr. Crow, but Lights Go Down is catchier.

As quirky as Mr Crow And Sir Norman is, my vote goes with the equally quirky reggae-esque track from Time. Totally unexpected, it's one of my favourite tracks on the album. And that's from someone who isn't a reggae fan

Lights -11 Crow -6
It's somewhat close. We'll keep it going.

I quite like The Lights Go Down but up against the frankly brilliant Mr Crow and Sir Norman it doesn't stand a chance. Not only did I love Mr Crow from the moment I heard it, I've also sung it billions of times to my kids. It used to be one of the few things that made them stop scrapping and calm down
