This TV advert brought a smile to my face, a great 70s glam rock group. Hope the album does well. takes me back, never helped with my spelling though.

Did I ever tell you the story about when I went to Noddy’s house on my bike with my brother. He lived on the posh millionaire private estate we worked out his house and knocked on the door, he answered and signed some singles (Gudbye t’Jane) and posters for us, a top bloke. Still got the things up in the loft.

What a great band Slade were, and it's nice to know Noddy is every bit as lovely a guy as he appears to be. His autobiography is a really good read - how I'd love to have seen them when he used to do his Funny Vicar turn. Was lucky enough to see them in the 80's when they had a bit of a resurgance and they were still amazing then. LOVE the Freddie Mercury story
