I haven't received an answer yet from the seller so I did the next best thing, contacted a certain violinist! I've just got his reply and Mik doesn't recognize the unknown name and even thinks that the autographs could be fakes too. Jeff's name does look fake to me and for it to be only £21 at the moment with only 2 days left seems a little low to me if it were real...
