The hell is this, H W? John Otway is an acquired taste but he was one of the first acts I saw with my brother when he smuggled me into a pub with him in Birmingham back in the 70s. He is Rock and Roll's greatest failure. He has a great fan base who by fair and foul means get him hits and a movie against all the odds. www.otwaythemovie.comI shall check him out.

This one I listen to all the year round. Be warned, it's a bit of an earworm, though. My favourite Oldfield track. I adore it. You're right - it is an all-year-rounder. Every time I hear it it cheers me up no end. The hell is this, H W? John Otway is an acquired taste but he was one of the first acts I saw with my brother when he smuggled me into a pub with him in Birmingham back in the 70s. He is Rock and Roll's greatest failure. He has a great fan base who by fair and foul means get him hits and a movie against all the odds. www.otwaythemovie.comI love John Otway. My first gig was seeing him live on the same bill as Eddie & the Hot Rods and Dr Feelgood (sans Wilko). Otway and Wild Willy Barrett - one of rock's greatest pairings. John really stole the show and did two sets with much leaping about, culminating in him ripping is shirt off scattering buttons across the stage.

Download this song from 14th December to make it number one in the UK and beat the X Factor This is one of the most confusing, crappiest Christmas songs of all time...It's like a nasty sweet ye just want but cannot spit outta your mouth....so I'm gonna decide to like it and share it. Nothing can be worse than the crap that Z factor are going to excrete to the masses this Chrimbo. Please Santa make my Christmas wish come true by having Simon Cowell, Louis Walsh and the rest of the (wouldn't know true talent team if it smashed them in the face) knobs gagged, blindfolded and cable tied under my tree Christmas morning.....accompanied by a surpise....Chainsaw, clawhammer, new stanley blade....oh and a cadbury's selection box....I've been a really good lil boy... Yours Lil Nicky.

As much as I dislike Chris de Burgh after a few beers this gets me singing along at the top of my voice, I also quite like the song
