If we say the average ELO song is 4 minutes long, I think we can expect 15-17 songs. That is nearly the number of old songs played during the ZOOM concerts. Interesting question for me is, can we expect the same hit songs, or will songs from the 80is also be played (i hope so...)?

I hope a medley of hits isn't played, I think this was done on the Time tour or was it the Heartbeat concert, which ever I didn't like it.

Right there with you on the medley thing, what genuine fan would be happy with that? I'm also not madly keen when bands take a great oldie and change the way they play it. For instance I once heard Bob Dylan do "Lay Lady Lay" in a dreadful stop-start reggae fashion - I'm not even a fan and I was appalled. Let's hope Jeff has secretly enrolled here and is reading all this thoughtfully

Don't mention medleys! A medley is my biggest musical hate; there's no excuse for it. Unless, of course, you count the Eldorado Instrumental Medley which would be very welcome indeed.

cant see bev bevan being there...he doesnt even refer to elo these days, its all about the move for him.... I've checked Bev's wall on Facebook. On the 13th of September, he'll be touring with The Bev Bevan band and appearing in Yeovil.

i dont want jeff playing a medley...i would rather hear the whole songs...if it means him playing 12 songs instead of 18 or however many, thats fine...but i dont want a medley...

Yeah - quite agree about medleys. I was fortunate enough to see them at Wembley on the Time tour and while it was a terrific gig they performed a medley with several hits squeezed into a relatively short space of time. It left you feeling just slightly unsatisfied, if you know what I mean.
