here's another Celloist that is really into rock music - actually she's into just about every form of music: plays in the Oakland Symphony, bluegrass band, and her own band - "Dirty Cello". Does some original songs, but this one is a cover of Purple Haze.

Might be worth a trip.

I'd say so, I'm not into Metallica much but I really enjoyed their gig a few years ago. Their "Unforgiven" is amazing
