How do I do that? Whenever I time the name of someone,it doesn't change....

Ok Timeblue - First hover your cursor over their avatar name (in blue) and a little 'pop-up' will reveal their tag name (with an @ in front of it). Note all names are lowercase. Use this name (with the @ in front of it) in your post; make sure you have a clear space before and after the @name. There's a tutorial available on the proboards site somewhere but it's not all that helpful....

My fault, I forgot to emphasise that the 'tagname' is not always the same as the avatar name.

'IvanDSM' is another participant whose tagname is different to their avatar name. So it pays to check first....

Heh! This so reminds me of trying to get my head around French grammar. There's a rule, it makes perfect sense, but then..ahh..there are exceptions....millions of them...and you just have to know them...

There are exceptions to exceptions, too, and it's just so beautiful!!! All of this lovely complexity keeps people like me in business!

Teaching kids with ASD can be a minefield; if you tell them there is a RULE (and then tell them that the rule is not absolute), you can look forward to a meltdown ASAP.
On the other hand, they can be brilliant at rote learning.
I didn't have a French grammar, mine was Danish!
