An interview with Stephen Dando Collins, who has just published a biog of the entrepreneur Robert Stigwood (RS was born in Port Pirie, just down the road* from here).

Stiggy is well known as the man who made "Grease", and represented the Bee Gees, Cream, worked for Brian Epstein etc etc.

He was beaten up by the Stones, and dangled out the window by Don Arden...

Worth a listen if you have 50 mins.

* in the sense of being only about 2500km east of me......but still very much in OZ.

But I gotta do it again....

BIuebird: Yes, it's definitely easier to see it with a camera or your phone. We were lucky here in that it was bright enough for me to see the pinks with the naked eye, so I knew where to point my phone! Oct 12, 2024 20:56:31 GMT
