Great concert video "Hard to Handle", loved it when I rented it out in the late 1980s. Bob Dylan backed by Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers. And my understanding is Tom Petty did a lot to motivate Bob Dylan to get back into touring at the time around 1986. Which was a good thing he did.
