Here is a YouTube video of when Electric Light Orchestra met Carl Wayne the former Move lead singer in February 1973.
Carl and ELO minus the string section perform the Jeff Lynne penned "Your World", It proves just how good Carl's voice was.
This song was recorded during the "On the Third Day" sessions.

The recording is on the ELO2 30th Anniversary 2cd box set. I've seen it on Amazon for £75.95 asking price, that's a very high price. I bought mine when it was released in 2003 for £8.99.
I'm pretty sure that Woody wasn't present for the recording.
Carl also sang on a stripped down version of "Momma" called "Mama" on the cd and another Jeff Lynne composition entitled "Get a Hold of Myself".
