i'm sure this has been used many times before but i think the intro to Telephone Line would make a great ringtone.

i'm sure this has been used many times before but i think the intro to Telephone Line would make a great ringtone. That was my ringtone for a while. People did laugh at me for being so corny. I got a new phone and never bothered to get a custom ringtone again but I just might have to get my Telephone Line ringtone back one of these days. I always thought Ma-Ma-Ma Belle would be a really cool ringtone too! Nobody would know what it was and then even if you told them I wonder how many people today would know what "you'd better Ma-Ma-Ma Belle" means... do people know about/remember ma bell ?

I love my friends who have ring tones for every contact.
I like Danger Ahead. Put's me in mind of wanting to use Dorothy Parkers quote, "What fresh hell can this be?" for a ring tone.
Or, London Calling.

Or, London Calling. I once tried that, but I gave up in the end. Couldn't remember who was calling me with any given ring tone...

I really want to get an ELO ring tone for my phone but I think I'd better learn how to answer it first. I use it for texting and the internet so much I don't even know which button to press to answer calls! But then again, an ELO ring tone for me would also mean I can't answer it - who'd want to interrupt a groovy ELO tune just to speak to someone?

I'm finally a "21st Century (Wo)man!" I took the plunge and got my first smartphone this week! (All three of us did!) I searched for safe, free ELO ringtones for mine. I only considered instrumental ringtones, and ended up choosing "Here is the News." Just the right effect, in my opinion. The other one I really liked was "Ma-Ma-Ma Belle," but that seemed a bit ...disruptive.
