Recently listening to the Time album I noticed an interesting part of Yours Truly, 2095. At the very end of the song... right after the female voice speaks "Is that what you want"... there appears to be a bit very similar to the sounds that accompany the "No No No No No No No" part in Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody. Maybe my ears have deceived me, but I was curious if this had ever caught anyone's attention or if it had ever been confirmed as being intentional.

Could be, there's a heck of a lot going on in that song, Pinball effects and everything.

Just played it a few times. I think I hear what you are referring to, @eloaddict .

Yeah, I know the bits you are referring to and it's true, they are very similar.

Glad I'm not the only one. It's always intrigued me the way JL sneaks little tributes here and there into this songs. Very subtle yet so clever. It's speculative but my thinking was maybe this was added as a little hint back to his prior opera references (Rockaria!). After all, Bohemiam Rhapsody did come from the album titled "Night at the Opera".

I know the part. Yes it is very Queen. I don't know if it was on purpose (Jeff's hidden little tributes before) but it's very subtle. Just enough so you recognise the intention but not so much that you immediately think "Queen!"

I certainly get where you're coming from on this one but comparing even a few seconds of one of my least favourite ELO songs ever with the greatest single ever released in this country pains me!!
