George Harrison "When We Was Fab" and Roy Orbison "I Drove All Night" will move on from Round One into the Semi Finals.
Round Two gives us these tracks, which is the best song either produced or written by Jeff Lynne but performed by another artist, you are allowed to vote for two songs so don't waste your vote.

Sticking with my Beatles loyalty and California Blue is one of my favourite Roy songs, didn't know it was produced by Jeff!

California Blue was written by Jeff, Roy and Tom, so it's nearly a Wilburys song... My votings go to "after all these years" (very prominent background vocals by Jeff) and "running' down a dream" which has a spectacular guitar solo by Mike Campbell. By the way, I think the song "miracles" has no Jeff involvement, as there is no evidence for that.

Petty and Orbison. Literally never heard that Anita Garbo song.

Although I like the Anita Garbo track a lot (Jeff’s style is all over it) and I’m strongly tempted to vote for Jasper Carrott, as my mum bought this on 7” , I’m going to go with ‘California Blue’ and ‘Runnin’ Down a Dream’ and blame their choice on the fact that the Wilbury tribute act I recently saw did storming renditions of both songs.
