I'm afraid I don't know being Japanese though, it could be a cover for a CD or whatever. I'm not sure what that white line is...

Maybe it’s from a magazine? One translation might be

It also says “special picture”

And that’s it’s ELO’s first time in Japan.

There’s more text at the bottom but it’s a bit small and hard to read but at the end of the text it says please see interview inside.

Laser View seems to be a Japanese 70s laser show?
