I’d probably have to agree that Jeff made the right choice to go without the brass, but I’m always going to be of the opinion that adding brass = extra epic-ness ... I blame it on me being one of those ‘arrogant’ trumpet players. Well, that's very personal. I play harmonica so if it were for me I'd put harmonica in most songs, so we are not different there. (Sorry for being redundant and childish, but now that I started with the bras -instead of brass- joke, I can't help but analyze everything under that light: " Jeff made the right choice to go without the bras"... oh, the mental imagery...)

I’d not heard this before Beautiful! Sounds a lot like a pit orchestra especially with the added brass...imagine them playing the overture before the curtain opens, it would make a lovely musical.

look at this madness... has this been on the forum yet? This is amazing. I want to join in. It's like a cross between Jeff at Wembley and the 'Radio Gaga' video.

Ever heard 'Ma-Ma-Ma Belle' played on an organ? Here's an ELO medley for you.

A 21 minute ELO medley on an organ? What more does one need in life?

Strange Magic (around 9:00) and Telephone Line (around 12:14) are very neat. Ma Ma is a hoot! (right after SM) if nothing else, you have to listen to the last song! Fascinating watching him play.

Ever heard 'Ma-Ma-Ma Belle' played on an organ? Here's an ELO medley for you. he seems to be playing without any sheet music all from memory? I'd have trouble to even hum the complete tunes without some sort of guide

I love this version of ELO. I love this concert especially 'Showdown'.

Agree, queenofthehours . This is the line up when I think of ELO. When I first saw them in '76, Kelly had replaced Mike A. and Melvyn, Mike Edwards.

not as good as the video of the Copenhagen show but this compilation of videos of the 2016 show at the Hollywood Bowl has one important advantage - Richard!
first note comes about 6:45 into the clip

I notice a similarity between the 'So Serious' video and the similar train tracks part in the 'The Hitchhiker' Twilight Zone episode. The setup is similar (50's car and lone lady driver), shot of railroad crossing sign etc. Of course it's common trope but still quite interesting that the details are so similar.
