Rob Caiger's just posted on a thread I've been involved with over at the Steve Hoffman Music Forums, and it seems as if we're getting new ELO archival releases next year:
I know this is little more than a pipe dream, but June 2016 is the 33rd anniversary of Secret Messages (not to mention the intended launch window of my book), and even if Jeff has personal reasons to continue rejecting approval for the inclusion of Beatles Forever, there's no excuse for a newly-expanded version of the album to not feature Buildings Have Eyes, Mandalay or Hello My Old Friend - preferably with its full ending restored - plus at least extracts of The Garden Rehearsals along with the alternate mixes on those mythical acetate discs. A new remaster of Time could also finally allow us a chance to hear the better selections of those multitrack recordings made on the European leg of the Time Tour, if not a chance to see whatever was supposedly filmed of the previous US shows as well. ELO's profile is probably higher than it's been since the early '80s, so it would be a shame for this opportunity not to be seized with the kinds of vault titles we've always hoped for... An official debut of the Trojan Tapes Sessions as part of an Anthology-type package, maybe?

I'd like some never before heard stuff, demos, outtakes etc.

2016 is shaping up to be a huge year for Jeff and we are the lucky beneficiaries! Imagine how one would feel to be able to walk in the vault where the master keeps his tapes. Even without touching or listening to anything it would be a religious experience for fans like us!
