The album has been on HEAVY rotation on both my turntable and iTunes for the past 8 days. Picking a favorite is tough, but according to my play counts on iTunes, the top three most played are When I Was A Boy, Love And Rain & One Step At A Time.

Can't decide between Ain't It A Drag and Dirty To The Bone. Both are fantastic, though I love mostly everything on the album with just a few exceptions.

I think "on my mind" is my favourite track, hard to believe, it is only a bonus track...

Alone In The Universe.... Sounds like it could be from Time but for me it wouldn't sound out of place on ANWR as the natural follow-up to Mission (A World Record). Utterly brilliant!

I think for me it's Dirty To The Bone followed closely by Alone In The Universe.

It's a three way tie between All My Life, The Sun Will Shine On You and Alone In The Universe. This leads me to conclude that I haven't yet found that one, definitive standout song that I usually do with an ELO album. Either that or the songs are remarkably consistent in quality!
We'll need to resurrect this thread in another month's time!

Special mentions to 'The sun will shine on you' and ' Alone in the universe ' but my favourite has to be 'All my life', such a beautiful song .

Took me a long time to realize that my favorite track on the album, Alone In The Universe, is a bit like Can't Get It Out Of My Head. The verses are similar.

For the first few days, it was Love and Rain - but having had a week to let it all soak in, Dirty To The Bone is by far my favourite. Those harmonies leading up to the chorus are sublime, and I'm enjoying it more on every listen.
Really solid album from start to finish though. Can listen to it without the urge to skip ahead, which is always a great sign.

Can't really remember any of the songs besides When I Was A Boy. All in all, the album is a disappointment to me.
