Sensitive readers will find all this shoe and slipper violence quite shocking, they'll need a drink to help them through it. (Mr K has clearly just seen a goat sitting at the controls of a spaceship.) Mik kinda has that Mick Fleetwood crazy eyes thing going on.

Lads Meself and Mrs Lynnenut are turning 40 next year, we're planning on a trip to NY in April. BUT!!!!!!!! I have a sneaky suspicion that Lord Damey Esq will play Madison Sq.....Just sayin'! I'm gonna "Hold on tight" to my air fare.....Cause I cannot "Get it out of my head" the idea of a tour date "Out of the blue" like that!!! Spose I'll keep on "Dreaming............of 4000" (Of course)!

But the price of the tickets would have pretty much doubled the cost of my holiday!!

i know...crazy idea....but hey...that bryan adams geezer is doing tons of shows at the moment and well in to next year....im not saying Jeff should o the support act for Bryan all the time cos i reckon he wouldnt want to....but maybe for a short time, now and then, a few shows...get in front of real big crowds that will know him from his production of bryan...yep....crazy....but think of the publicity.... I love Bryan but there's no way Jeff opens for him or anyone else. I could see Bryan or Pugwash opening for Lynne however. nice idea.....remember (if anyones old enough) elo opening for journey back in the 70's....then the next time they played Stateside elo were so big journey opened for elo....maybe if jeff can tag along with bryan for a bit and regain a few fans....then what goes around comes around....

If the gig is in the UK, it will be Jeff's crowd. In the US, I still think the ELO name carries a lot of weight, at least among us geezers!

I know Jeff said he had played all the instruments himself on his new album, but I wonder if that lovely Chereene Allen will be in his touring band. Nothing wrong with Mik, but Chereene doesn't have a ropey old beard. she can be in my band....and i havent even got a band....!!! heh heh...!!

If anyone from Jeff's team reads this forum (and why wouldn't they?), please come to the southeast USA. Anywhere within 500 miles of Alabama and I'm there!

Atlanta or Nashville would be my preference but Memphis, New Orleans or Charlotte would work as well. Anywhere in the southeast really because I know Jeff would make it worth the trip.

Great we have some info on his tour. Small venues here in US will be just fine with me!! Just a real nitpick here. But we all know he uses "me" instead of "my". Why do journalists change this?
