No.7 In the UK Album Charts for the third week in a row! That's four weeks in the Top 10 which, at this time of the year is no mean achievement.
Now that's what announcing a lengthy UK Tour can do for you!

My local hmv is well stocked with both the standard & deluxe versions so looks like they're expecting good sales over the Christmas period :-)

It entered the charts at #2 and was kept off the top of the charts for 2 weeks by the Royal Wedding. Then it went up to #1 for 2 weeks and spent about three months in the top 10.

Back from a nice early holiday trip to Hawaii with the family! We heard When I Was A Boy at a restaurant near Hawaii International Airport, and my son said "Mom! It's the Jeff Lynne!" LOL!

If the global chart data is to be believed despite aitu falling to 20th it actually recorded it's second highest week of sales.
Week 1 - 110k, Week 2 58k Week3 - 50k Week4 - 62k Week5 - 69k

Week 1 - 110k, Week 2 58k Week3 - 50k Week4 - 62k Week5 - 69k Bryan Adams...Get up Week 1 - 30k Week2 - 36k Week3 - 28k Week4 - 22k so again another rise in total sales for Aitu...but has dropped out of top 20 globally...getting toward 1/2 million in sales if these numbers are right. Wonder how long before it goes platinum in the UK...must be close I would have thought Week 6 - 75k
