Poor Lindsey. What good are those photos without any identification? I wonder what copy rights, if any, they are ignoring. And why The Beatles, and not a group shot of ELO on the front cover? It must be worth the bother producing these booklets. Well, I guess it's a quick reference guide. No index, I assume?
Are you going to try to get your money back? (Going to have to keep an eye out for any bootlegging of The Ninja Chronicles! I know those could be a HUGH money maker! ) The material used must be copyrighted but there is no copyright notice on the book or where the information has come from, the only name is Lightning Source U.K. Ltd, who have according to Company House changed their name to Ingram Content Group U.K. Ltd. It looks like they have got through a large number of directors in their time. No index is provided. I’m going to keep the book for its novelty value, not worth trying for a refund, I’ll take one for the team. You all owe me a pint. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lightning_Sourcefind-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/04042196

I’m writing my own book, Horace Wimp: The shocking truth, I can assure you this won’t be a cut and paste from Wikipedia. Just need to check with my lawyers on who’s names I might need to change.

Poor LB, he's looking pretty svelte in that photo. LOL That's got to be from 1975 or 1976. At least there is no photo of The Orchestra members in there.

I love this. To print out parts of the Wikipedia and sell them is a genius business idea.

Of course we are! The best bit will be how wily Horacewimp is when disguising our names in order to avoid litigation. You could be called 'Whitecake Wilbury'.... I’ve got some names sorted. Bluetime: A Yorkshire bloke who met Mik in a bar. SBJ: An American who preaches to the fan base about framing merchandise. Dancingclog: A lady from Wales who likes violin instrumentals. Deuxmusette: Someone who spends more time on holiday than being at home. Helmet83: A bloke from South American who is obsessed with statues from the Industrial Revolution. I’m sure there are many more.

You could have gotten a couple of beers with the money you spent on that book and had a more fulfilling experience. I wonder if they added the name R. Wood as author, in order to dupe people into believing Roy Wood had some input into writing the "book"?
