PS In the meantime, don't forget to go and review this week's CD of the Week, put there by yours truly, and should I sign you up for the next available week, which I believe would be sometime in mid-late February? Could be, but to tell the truth, I can't think of any album which could be a revelation for you guys (I mean, one majorly unknown and that I think is really good, like the Roxette one) except in Spanish which I don't think you would be interested in. Anyway, if there's no one else willing to take it, sign me up and I'll figure something.

Looking forward to it whether it's something new to me or not! Or English or not! Jim

I don't know... are you willing to listen to an album in Spanish? The genres of the songs are pretty much known to your ears (I mean, it's not Argentine folklore), it's mainly rock, pop and some ballads. The thing is you won't understand much of the lyrics and to some people that is very important.

Why don't we make a poll to decide?

I don't mind it being in Spanish, it's either good or it's not. Some Santana stuff isn't in English and it's pretty good

For the kind of lyrics you like Helmut, it's probably better that I don't understand them. Jim

For the kind of lyrics you like Helmut, it's probably better that I don't understand them. Yeah, I thought that too. It has a couple of songs with swearing but in my opinion a bit of swearing, anger and roughly expressed lust on some rock n' roll songs (not necessarily all) fit perfectly well and I would almost say they enhance the song. In any case, how much harm can they cause to your ears if they are in Spanish?

Well, we disagree about that point then. We must not be the first two people that disagree about music, are we?

I think it would be different and interesting if you picked a Spanish artist Helmut and so are all for it.

I think the one I have in mind is a pretty neat album and you could like it even when not understanding the lyrics. And if you want to know the lyrics, I love traducing so you can just ask me to. (The artist is not Spanish but Argie, but to the effects it's the same, the lyrics are in Spanish)

Well, we disagree about that point then. We must not be the first two people that disagree about music, are we? As long as you don't be dissin' Ideola "Tribal Opera", otherwise the gloves are off. Actually, np, go ahead and give your usual candid assertion review of it, if you get a chance. Jim
