Bob Welling looks SO out of place there (didn't he host 'Nationwide' back in the 70s?) Kid Jensen I have a lot of respect for though, knowledgeable and entertaining. 1978 is my favourite year for music and Baker Street is my all time favourite song, so to see Gerry win a gong was deserved, love Kate too (Wuthering Heights must be the greatest debut hit ever imo) Awards ceremonies weren't complete without The Bee Gees that year were they!

Gerry Rafferty what a talent, never gets enough recognition. Get it right the next time, also a great song.

I love this intro music, often wondered if it was a proper bit of old classical music. But it looks like it was specially composed - great to hear it again

The things you notice 40 years later, Jeff sings on line 2 of STW, "I was ASKING for a chance to meet" not hoping! also I think that this put Kelly off a bit as he seems to fluff his line. I'll have to dig out the dvd to see this again I think...
