I see you have placed a mat in front of the washing up bowl in an attempt to snare the Lord Dame, he will think he's playing a concert but then you will shove the dirty dishes in front of him, good idea smiley-cool15 Always need to be one step ahead of the Damey and this, H W is an excellent idea! You will have this opportunity before I do!

Given that we are on the subject, BSJ, how are/were you when drunk? I imagine you must have a good few anecdotes to tell about when you were on that state.

Anecdotes? Those court records are sealed.

Were you drunk there? Other than for your face seemeing a little bit strange, I never would have guessed.
Could you unseal those records for us? Please! At least just one!
If you don't do it by yourself, I'm going to ask the other head of the monster to do it for you and that will be worse.

I am trying to get a hold of my attorney. Some things are a number of years wait and others sealed until death. Need to double check.

Oh, lawyers... do you know a species more despicable than them?

My answer might be in one of those sealed records.

But we will never know it, because lawyers will not let you open them.

Just the few with their name attached.
A certain attorney was the lead instigator in a prank gone very, very wrong.

Well, kids! I am off to the land of margaritas.
I will take my shoes off so as not to wake you all. Chow, chow!
Helmut - maybe the vault will open tonight.

When I was a lot younger and single me and a group of mates did a number of pub crawls around Birmingham. The first one was a 25 pub night which went well and so we then upped the anti to a 30 pub night. The rules were half a pint in each pub and we had a strict time schedule devised to allow for walking between the pubs, toilet visits etc to make sure we could fit in all the pubs before closing time. As you can imagine much drunken debauchery went on especially in the curry house which was the meeting point at the end of the crawl. How we ever got home I'll never know. Then there were the holidays to UK holiday camps and later Spain and France which we travelled to by coach and later in an old van I had, we were so poor food was out of the question and so we lived on beer, happy days. The house party's were also good fun, I couldn't wait for my Mum and Dad to go on holiday and leave me home along. One party I had is still recalled by my mates, it was christened the swimming party, so much beer was spilled on the lounge carpet it was like a swimming pool. My mum never found out, or if she did she never let on.

Bon voyage, BSJ my dearest and bestest mate. Don't expect this head to share the hangover tomorrow though. Anyway, it's the Drunk Thread, I am quite drunk and I've only just arrived, how did this happen? Every Saturday we go to my Mum's and she gives us oodles of cheap french red which we've brought back for her from France. Consequently I am lucky to be conscious at all. Let me show you the epic stash we brought back from the continent this time. I'm amazed the car made it home at all, lolz The boxes in the middle are 10 litres of cheap red, the ones on the right are 5 litres. The beer is 7.8% proof. Should last a week or two, might have to go back before Christmas though....only joking..or am I?

Plus you have been ridiculously fortunate with the women in your life. Not only did you marry the awesome Mrs Wimp, but your Mum sounds like the very best of ladies.

Good stories, Horace! And how good that you are open to sharing them with us, not like Mrs. BS "I have the same lawyers as Kelly Groucutt" J. Making it to 30 pubs in a night leaves my drinking numbers in ridiculous and raises you to a most respectable status.
And wow, Unomusette, I've always suspected the fame Welsh people have was exaggerated; now I know your fame falls short.
