vlogdance - was that posted by Lou Jr? the same account put up quite a few songs from Delta - Brummie band that Lou Jr was in if you give this song a listen, pay attention from about the 2:45 mark forward where the strings come in the band doesn't have any string players, so I'm assuming that Lou Jr is supplying those sounds via his keyboard setup - has a very nice ELOish quality to it (do any of our UK forum members know what Delta are up to nowadays?)

Anyone know how/who this could have been sourced from? What a treat!

I suspect the outro was originally on the end of Mr Blue Sky, before the Big Wheels reprise + turn me over was added. I do have some doubts about this being 100% vintage material though. The bell-like keyboard sounds like a modern overdub to me.

I like it. Could it be the original music run through the Thompson Vocal Eliminator?

I do not think so. Lou probably still has a lot in his own archive.

Wow! Breathtaking, and so, so cool to hear all the parts that are layered in there. If an instrumental version of the entire album was ever to be released I'd buy it in a heartbeat.
